Danielle has experience across policy, strategy, and campaign development in government and the not-for-profit sector, bringing strategic thinking and an innovative approach to problem-solving. Danielle prioritises relationship-building and collaboration throughout her work, providing insights and advice across a range of sectors including justice, child and family welfare, and health.  

Influential work at dandolo:

  • Evaluating literacy and numeracy initiatives 

  • Assisting with a large-scale stakeholder consultation to support the development of a national strategy 

  • Undertaking a rapid review of community service workforce initiatives  

Prior to joining dandolo, Danielle worked as: 

  • A senior manager of strategic and innovative projects for a not-for-profit in the child and family welfare sector 

  • A senior legal policy advisor at the Department of Justice and Community Safety 

  • A legislative advisor to a Victorian Member of Parliament 

  • A lecturer and unit chair in Criminology, Criminal Justice, and Law

Danielle has a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Criminal Justice) from Navitas College of Public Safety and a Master of Law (Juris Doctor) from Monash University.
