Jade works on reviews, strategy and evaluation for clients in government. Jade regularly leads dandolo fieldwork, in particular school and student engagement where she leads qualitative research with young people through focus groups and interviews. Jade primarily works in and around education, with experience in industry and other policy areas.
Led student consultation for dandolo’s review of career education in Victorian government schools. dandolo recommendations resulted in $108m reprioritisation of funding.
Manages dandolo’s longitudinal evaluation of the Bastow Institute of Educational Leadership.
Completed a review of the educational model for the Victorian government’s Tech Schools Initiative.
Led fieldwork for a Victorian STEM education lapsing program evaluation
Coordinated the implementation of a new school within the Monash Children’s Hospital for young people with illnesses that prevent them attending mainstream schools.
Prior to dandolo Jade held communications, research and advocacy roles:
Managed communications and media campaigns in a corporate organisation
Advised on and coordinated communications and campaigns for not-for-profits (including Transgender Victoria and Amnesty International Victoria)
Provided front-of-house, communications and organisational support at the Brotherhood of St Laurence.
Jade has a master’s in communication from RMIT where she focused on government and not-for-profit stakeholder engagement. She also holds a Media and Communications degree from Swinburne University.
