Ayushi joins dandolo as a recent graduate, with a background in law, business and policy. She has strong analytical thinking skills and enjoys problem-solving complex policy issues.

Before joining dandolo, Ayushi was a summer clerk at Chapman Tripp, and interned at Dentons in Shanghai where she worked in corporate and construction law and litigation. She also has extensive experience working in refugee and human rights law.  

During her time at dandolo she has helped to: 

  • Assess and review the effectiveness of positive behaviour support services in schools across Western Australia

  • Conduct a multi-year evaluation an independent cancer-focused medical research institute in South Australia

  • Evaluate professional learning and leadership development programs for teachers

  • Developing a strategy, operating model and implementation plan for a leading Australian arts organisation

  • Investigating options for government to improve student mental health and wellbeing in the VET sector  

Ayushi holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations, both from the University of Auckland. She is part of Global Shapers, an initiative of the World Economic Forum where she was the Curator of the Auckland hub. During university, Ayushi was the Vice-President of UN Youth Auckland and represented the University of Auckland at numerous international business case competitions.
