PROJECT PARTNER

With over 20 years’ experience as a consultant and senior executive, Tim has developed deep expertise in solving complex policy and strategy problems for clients in sectors including education, health and aged care, industry development and energy.  His clients and colleagues consistently recognise his data-driven strategic insights, strong people skills, and determination to deliver success in projects facing significant implementation, stakeholder or technology hurdles.  Prior to joining dandolo, Tim held executive roles in education technology, community care and clean transport organisations, and spent 6 years as a manager in Nous Group’s policy and strategy practice. 

Prior to joining dandolo: 

  • Co-authored a report on the public-interest regulation of the radio spectrum and the Internet for centrist Washington DC thinktank, New America Foundation. 

  • Co-authored a report on the future of Victoria’s community care service system addressing policy objectives, funding models and service designs for a consortium of non-profit organisations and philanthropic trusts. 

  • Served as a project manager for the official Victorian Government review of a state-wide electricity network outage which cost the state economy $500m. The review recommended a series of changes to electricity network emergency management protocols which the Government adopted. 

Tim has a Masters in political science & economics from Northeastern University in Boston and a Bachelor of Commerce/Arts from the University of Melbourne.  Since 2016, Tim has served as a Board Member of Environment Victoria where he chairs the Finance, Audit and Risk committee.
