Digital & Tech Skills Working Group Support

dandolo was commissioned by an Australian Government department to support a government and industry working group to advise on digital and technology skilling pathways. This working group included fifteen diverse organisations across the digital workforce ecosystem, and it’s remit was to provide advice on an effective and pragmatic ‘earn while you learn’ model to address workforce issues, and broader advice on system barriers, enablers and roles and responsibilities of stakeholders. To support the working group dandolo conducted independent research, multiple interviews with each member, facilitated five working group meetings, and synthesised findings into a report that was endorsed by all organisations.
