We design and deliver evaluations for clients to understand the impact of initiatives and help them make informed, evidence-based decisions into the future. Our evaluations are focused on generating practical insights and results to help decision-makers chart a course.

We develop monitoring and evaluation plans and frameworks and have expertise in a range of different evaluation services – formative evaluations, developmental evaluations, summative evaluations, long-term evaluations and lapsing program evaluations. We also work with clients as an evaluation partner to help build and support internal evaluation functions and capabilities.

We support clients to design, review and respond to their policy context by considering the imperative, the evidence base, the levers and options they have available and how to best deliver the outcomes they are seeking to achieve.

We support organisations through providing facilitation and co-design support to unearth challenges and opportunities and collaborate to develop solutions through facilitated discussion, workshops and focus groups.

This is because we understand your operating environment, know how funders think and what resonates for them, and therefore are able to clarify and communicate funding ‘asks’ in a way that achieves cut-through.

We use tailored economic and financial modelling methodologies to help quantify the impacts of policies, initiatives, programs, investments and regulatory changes and provide advice on the costs and benefits for different approaches. We don’t conduct financial and economic insights for academic or theoretical purposes but aim to generate practical insights and solutions to support our clients grounded in the reality of their operating contexts.
