Future Leaders Program (FLP) Evaluation

dandolo was commissioned by an Australian Government department to evaluate a future school leaders program. Implemented as part of an election commitment, the program identified teachers in rural and regional schools that have potential to progress into leadership roles. It provided intensive support to them over the course of a year, to seek to accelerate this transition. dandolo completed an initial report and a significant program of fieldwork. The report supported the department to consider its ongoing relationship with the program.
