Hands on Learning (HoL) Program Review

Hands on Learning is a program that sees schools match extra-curricular, and often artistic, opportunities with students at risk of disengaging from secondary school. We were commissioned to analyse existing program materials, to develop a strong picture of impact, which the program could use to articulate its value to potential government and philanthropic funders. This included case studies, economic analysis, and an assessment of the program against established best practice.
