VET Workforce Blueprint

dandolo supported the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workforce Relations (DEWR) to develop a national VET Workforce Blueprint addressing persistent attraction, retention and development challenges for VET teachers and trainers. We led end-to-end consultation, synthesis and drafting. This included coordinating roundtables in every state and territory, targeted engagements with peak bodies and priority cohorts, a national submissions process, and a workforce exit survey. Working alongside Jobs and Skills Australia (JSA) to integrate emerging data, we produced a pragmatic, public roadmap that is now shaping intergovernmental collaboration and funding under the National Skills Agreement.
